I'm Ming, a Toronto-based UI/UX designer with 9 years of experience across e-commerce, Finance, and AI products.
I've led design at Canadian Tire - improving checkout conversion and co-designing CeeTee, an AI shopping assistant with 700K+ sessions.
Before that, I managed a 18-person design team in Hong Kong, delivering eBanking redesigns for major financial institutions. I care about the details that move metrics.
